Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system offers much more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide different optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you accomplish your requirements, whilst being efficient and safe at the worksite. When both precision and accuracy are a must, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you need.
The Future
In order to make rough terrain forklifts as functional as possible, many attachments have been engineered and developed like winches, booms, and rotating fork carriages, to enable the forklift to position materials more accurately. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and can reach up and over structures so as to place loads on interior roof slope settings or in the center of upper floors. New products and attachments are being designed and made all the time and will debut in the future.
Many improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. Like for example, load-reach management devices could automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled rather than depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are used to be able to know the weight of the load. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device which had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
When the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the boom's extension and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device that prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
