Yale provides a range of very narrow aisle lift trucks that are specially engineered for maximum storage density. These very narrow aisle forklift are ideally suited for case picking and pallet handling in applicants ranging from 16 feet to 55 feet. Yale features the NTA for high density warehousing that requires maximum throughput. These types of forklifts are usually utilized to enhance overall production and maximize effectiveness. They work well for locations that feature floor to ceiling storage within retail and warehousing spaces.
NTA Productivity Enhancements
AC Motor Technology: The AC motor provides many great features like responsive directional changes, has smooth rapid acceleration and high starting torque.
CANbus Controller: The CANbus controller reduces electrical connections by 25 percent and wiring by 40 percent. This results in improved visibility through the mast and enhanced reliability.
Auto Deceleration System: The Auto Deceleration System reduces operator fatigue, helps to enhance production and eliminates the requirement to apply the service break manually.
Thermal Management System: The Thermal Management System would continually monitor the component temperature and adjust lift truck performance accordingly. This would allow the truck to run cooler and longer.
Smart-Glide Height Sensing System: The Smart-Glide Height Sensing System offers step-less speed control technology. It does this by optimizing maximum travel speed at a range of fork heights. This results in faster travel speeds, improved acceleration and therefore, increased overall productivity.
Quad & Tri Form Mast: The Quad and Tri Form Mast are a heavy and stiff mast that provides stability for the operator by minimizing deflection.
One Hundred Eighty Degree Rotating Turret Head: This rotating turret head allows the operator to service both sides of the aisle easily. This set-up maximizes storage density.
Electronically Programmable Pantograph: This system would eliminate the "double-biting" situations which occur at pick up and deposit stations. The variable stroke length is responsible for stopping this time-consuming process.
It is important to keep in mind that each warehouse is different and there is no "typical" one-size fits all solution. Yale has designed a range of lift truck changes in order to meet the always varying requirements of its clients as well as their varying tasks. Yale offers a large list of particular lift truck enhancements to increase the warehouse output. All these features are provided along with optional and standard forklift features.
Yale provides a lot of features which other businesses consider to be "extra's" as standard features for their machines. Keeping operators entirely safe and comfortable are a few of the key concerns of the business. Yale knows that if operators are safe and comfortable, their production levels are greatly enhanced.
