Skyjack was acquired by Linamar Corporation, LNR on the TSX during the month of August 2002. Linamar is known for being a top manufacturer of modules, assemblies and precision-machined parts. Linamar's solid balance sheet offers Skyjack with increased strength and long-term stability overall. Skyjack currently has production plants in Hungary, the US and San Francisco with support offices in Asia and Europe.

The company has many self-propelled scissor lifts in its lineup, with models that can work at heights up to 56ft.
